What is the best way to travel to KIT Amsterdam by public transport?
The venue is about 15 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station by tram or bus, with stops within a short walk of the entrance. Plan your route with 9292 or Google Maps; from Schiphol Airport, take the train to Amsterdam Central or Amsterdam Amstel and connect from there.
Are there parking options available near the venue?
Street parking around the Oosterpark is paid and limited, so we recommend public transport. If you do drive, use a park-and-ride at the edge of the city (such as P+R Zeeburg) and continue by tram, or a public parking garage nearby; check availability in advance.

We recommend arriving 30 to 45 minutes before the programme starts to allow time for registration and a coffee. Exact door and start times will be confirmed with your ticket closer to the event.
Do I need to bring my ticket or registration confirmation with me?
Yes. Bring your digital ticket or registration confirmation on your phone; it will be scanned at the entrance. AICA Summit is invite only, so please also carry a photo ID in case we need to verify your registration.
Will food and drinks be available during the summit?
Yes. Coffee, tea and snacks are available throughout both days. Lunch is not included. If you have dietary requirements, mention them via the contact form when you register and we will take them into account.
